Spotting Three-toed Sloths (Bradypus variegatus) in the Canopy

Take a stroll through the magical world of sloths! Our forest is home to many three-toed sloths (Bradypus variegatus), who are just waiting to charm you with their comical smiles and remind you to slow down and enjoy life!

It's not just sloths that call the forest home, however. Along the way, stop by the caiman pond, where the resident Spectacled Caimans can be seen gliding silently through the water. If you hear a ruckus from the treetops, you may also be lucky enough to find a troop of cheeky Howler Monkeys playing above you! These primates spend their days foraging through the forest, and with several troops making their home here, there is a good chance you'll run into a few. With a myriad of colorful birds to see as well, every hike through the Sloth Forest is a memorable experience!
