Chocolate Tour

From a tiny flower to a handcrafted bar or truffle, the chocolate-making process is a fascinating journey. Set on a lush tropical fruit farm where many different tropical fruits thrive, our Chocolate Tour guides you through each step with plenty of delicious samples along the way!

The tour starts with refreshing fresh coconut water before we explore the farm trails, discovering exotic tropical fruits and lush gardens. Along the trails, we always spot brilliant blue morpho butterflies dancing through the sunbeams, hummingbirds sipping nectar at the wild gingers and heliconias, and wild sloths resting in the branches above. In the cacao groves, you will see pods at every stage of growth and taste the sweet white pulp fresh from a ripe pod.

Then, it's back to see where the real magic happens, transforming the beans into rich, dark chocolate! Guests can try their hand at traditional artisanal processes, from winnowing out the shells from the nibs to grinding them into 100% cocoa. As you sample the finished chocolate, you're sure to find something special to take back home to share!
